Why we exist
Bytewillow Logic LLC was registered in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 2024. We started with a simple observation: offices of 5 to 200 people are large enough to depend on IT every hour of the day, yet too small to justify a full-time systems administrator. They end up with a patchwork of whoever is handy, and that works until the day it does not.
We built the company to be the steady middle option — more accountable than a break-fix call, far less overhead than an in-house hire. Our clients are law offices, accounting firms, medical billing companies, and other professional services firms across Kentucky, plus remote clients elsewhere in the United States for managed plans.
We take the long view. We document everything, we price in writing, and we would rather talk you out of a project than sell you one you do not need. We win by keeping your systems boring: patches applied on schedule, backups verified, helpdesk tickets answered within the response times we commit to.
